Squashable science!
In class 2 today, we learnt that a solid has a definite shape that remains the same unless a force is acting upon it. We also learnt that some softer solid material can change their shape in different ways and are malleable.
We looked at different soft solid materials to see how we can change their shape.
We then used playdough to make a duck by changing it’s shape. We were able to bend, twist, pull and roll the playdough to make the shape we needed.
